  Saturday | Leg 4
Well, after yesterday's challenging run we were hoping for a clean run through to Burnie! The first stage (Colebrook) we went through reasonably quick (lost 13 seconds), and the Mustang's handling was pretty good with the standard front springs and shockers.

We started off the day with a 9:48am report time, all raring to go. During the first stage (Entally) we were getting a proper feel for the car under Targa speed conditions, observing front grip, turning, braking and power-to-the-ground - and listening to the pleasant soft voice of my navigator!

  Tuesday | Prologue
The lads were up early today - can't have them getting too much sleep! After the driver briefing at 7.15am we headed off to Georgetown for our blast around the local streets in the Prologue.

Craig Dean and Graham Bell headed back to Tasmania over the weekend for this year’s instalment of the ultimate tarmac rally - Targa Tasmania – with the awesome Mustang Saleen S281 Extreme. The pair have reunited after Craig’s son, Benjamin, navigated for the last few years while Graham competed in his own 1965 Mustang Shelby GT350.
