Introducing the new Electronic drift handbrake in the 2024 Mustang, the new Mustang comes with a electric handbrake that still looks like a normal handbrake handle, but with this one, it only needs to be pulled up once, and then it will spring back to normal position, and to turn the handbrake off, all you do is push the handle down and it will disengage the handbrake. In the new computer system in the Mustang, there is a feature that you can toggle on and off, that activates the new Drift Brake, which when activated, when you pull on the handbrake, it gradually gets harder to pull up until it is fully locked with the handbrake pads, to allow more feeling on the handbrake when drifting.
