1. To use the loan car, we charge $50, which is billed with the rest of the client’s invoice.
   
2. The client agrees to meet the cost of any traffic infringements incurred while in possession of the loan car and agrees to pay all fines associated with their use.
   
3. The loan vehicle is covered with Full Comprehensive Insurance. You agree to cover the insurance excess cost of $2,000 in the case of a crash or damage to the vehicle.
   
4. The client is responsible for any damage done to the vehicle and must notify us as soon as possible if any damage occurs.
   
5. You agree to not smoke, vape or make a mess in the loan car. If any signs of smoking, vaping or excessive mess in the car is found, a cleaning fee of $500 will be invoiced to the client.
   
6. The client will meet the cost of restoring the vehicle to the original condition it was loaned in, if the vehicle is returned in an unacceptable condition.
   
7. The loan vehicle is registered for Victorian tolls. Usage to and from Mustang Motorsport is included in the loan fee.
8. Upon returning the vehicle, a staff member of Mustang Motorsport will inspect the vehicle and notify the client of any issues to the condition of the vehicle.
