To use the loan car, we charge $50, which is billed with the rest of your invoice.
The loan vehicle is covered with Full Comprehensive Insurance. You agree to cover the insurance excess cost of $2,000, in the case of a crash or damage to vehicle.
The loan vehicle is registered for Victorian tolls and usage is included in the loan fee subject to fair use terms.
You agree to not smoke, vape or make a mess in the loan car, if any signs of smoking, vaping or excessive mess in the car is found, a cleaning fee of $500 will be invoiced to the customer.
The client is responable for any damage done to the vehicle, and must notify us as soon as possible.
Upon returning the vehicle, a staff member of Mustang Motorsport will inspect the vehicle and contact you of any damage found.
The client will meet the cost of returning the loan car back to standard condition, if returned in an unacceptable state.
The client agrees to meet the cost of any traffic infringments incurred while in possesion of the loan car and agrees to pay all fine's assosiated to the client.
By signing the below form, you agree to our terms and conditions. If you do not, we can contact a taxi for you, to get you to where you need, arranged at your cost.
